Use the Easy Online Application Process

  • The Online version follows the hard copy version. (watch video below)
  • Simply type in your information for each Section.
  • When finished, you can either click the SUBMIT button or review your application by pressing PREVIEW PDF.
  • The PREVIEW PDF downloads to your desktop.
  • You can save the PREVIEW PDF and print the PDF from your printer.

Steps:

  1. Page 1:
    • Section 1:  Appliance info
    • Section 2:  Customer info
    • Section 3:  Licensed Installer info
  2. Page 2:
    • Section 4:  Propane Safety Inspection info
  3. Signature Required Section:
    • Sign with mouse, table pen or finger as the Safety Inspector with your Customer and date it
  4. Upload / Attach Supporting Documents:
    • Invoice / Receipt of Propane Unit
    • Proof of Energy Star
  5. (option) Download PREVIEW PDF to Desktop for your records
  6. Press Submit Button
